To Pause Your Membership
Let’s make sure we have all our bases covered before you finalize pausing or cancelling your membership.
- Please fill out the form below.
- Maximum pause time in one calendar year is 2 months.
- Credits can still be used during this time, but no package or service discounts are accessible while membership is paused.
To cancel your membership
- After the 3 month minimum has been met, you may cancel anytime.
- 30 Day cancellation notice required.
- Any remaining credits immediately expire upon membership termination date, which is 30 days from when the form below is completed and submitted.
- Credits can be gifted to another person prior to the termination date and given a new, 2 month usage time frame.
- You will be notified that your form has been received.
